Back Compliance Manager (Based in Hong Kong)

Responsibilities
? Formulate compliance policies as required by laws and regulations, and provide compliance advice on business policies and operating procedures and daily operations;? Manage and maintain employee and company licenses, fulfill the responsibility of continuous declaration;
? Carry out compliance education for all levels, organize compliance training and issue compliance tips, and advocate compliance culture;
? Conduct regular business inspections for compliance risk points and prepare relevant review reports to senior management;
? Propose optimization measures to business unit in compliance risk area and supervise the completion of rectification.
Requirements
? Degree holders in Law/ Finance or related disciplines? At least 5 years relevant asset management compliance experience; Chinese background asset manager preferably
? Well versed of relevant law and regulations
? Proficient in Mandarin, English and Chinese
? Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
